Betfair charge a small commission only when you win: SLOG6 get a small part of this commission so we only win if you win!

So, you want to place a cricket bet.  Let's use, as an example, Mumbai to win the 2008 IPL.

This is how you do it.

1) Click on one of our Betfair banners, as highlighted in the picture below.

2) Click on the green "FREE £10 BET" Button in the centre of the screen, as shown below.

3) The next step is to put your personal details into Betfair.  The first screen looks long but takes just over 1 minute to complete - and I'm a slow typist!  All the SLOG6 team use Betfair and find their operation secure, well managed and good value - if we didn't use them ourselves, we wouldn't recommend them to you.

4) Once your details have been accepted by Betfair, navigate to the screen below.

Firstly, go to the left of the screen and click on Cricket -> Indian Premier League, as highlighted in the grey oval.

Secondly, select 2008 Winner as highlighted in the red oval

Thirdly, select Lay or Back next to your chosen team - in our example Mumbai, as highlighted in the green oval.  Both Back and Lay mean to 'bet on'. Back means to bet on something to win, or occur - Lay means to bet on something to lose, or not occur.  So, click BACK next to Mumbai if you think they will win.

Fourthly, you will be taken to another screen where you enter how much you want to bet.

And your bet is on!  There are further help buttons all over the Betfair site so go ahead and enjoy.  Remember, SLOG6 only win if you win... it's one of the reasons you can trust us to provide the very best betting tips and advise - and if we tell you to be on a bet, you know we already are!
