What a tonking.   Kolkata went down by 8 wickets, with Mumbai having 14.3 overs to spare, in the most resounding thrashing seen so far in the IPL.

The Kolkata innings crumbled in humiliating fashion and it was clear from ten minutes in which team has the momentum to challenge for a semifinal place, and which team will be looking forward to a rest.

Shoaib Akhtar must be wishing he’d signed for a team with a bit more talent, for what might be his last flirtation with the big time....
