A draw is historically the most likely result at Kanpur, but it may very well not be this time. Since India's disastrous performance in the 2nd Test, the

groundsmen at Kanpur have reportedly prepared a sharply turning spin wicket which threatens to crack apart after three days. India are very likely to go into this match with a three spinner attack, to give them the advantage on a turning pitch with low bounce. Although fast bowlers and seamers are likely to have to work for their wickets here, I would expect them to take plenty of LBWs as the height of bounce becomes unpredictable. Whoever wins the toss will definitely choose to bat first on this wicket and whoever bats last will have to try and endure some very difficult survival conditions. In this match, winning the toss and batting first is of paramount importance.

TIP: If the odds look at all reasonable, accept bets on the side that looses the toss.
